The 19th century painting was created by the painter Carl Schuch. The original was painted with the following size 63 x 50 cm - frame dimensions: 81 × 68 × 6 cm and was painted with the medium oil on canvas. The original masterpiece has the following inscription: signed lower right: CSchuch / Paris [CS ligated]. Today, the work of art belongs to the Belvedere's collection, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. Also, the work of art has the following creditline: purchase from Walter Louran, Berlin, on Art Association of the Rhineland and Westphalia, Dusseldorf in 1939. Moreover, alignment is portrait with an image ratio of 1 : 1.2, which implies that the length is 20% shorter than the width. The painter Carl Schuch was an artist from Austria, whose style was mainly Realism. The Austrian painter was born in the year 1846 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria and deceased at the age of 57 in 1903 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria.
