The 19th century piece of art was painted by the French painter Pascal Adolphe Jean Dagnan-Bouveret in 1877. The masterpiece was made with the size of 64,8 x 80 cm (25 1/2 x 31 1/2 in) and was crafted with the techinque of oil on canvas. The artpiece can be viewed in in the digital collection of Yale University Art Gallery, which belongs to Yale University and is the oldest art museum of a university in the western hemisphere.
