Specification

This more than 140 years old work of art was made by the painter Joseph Schuster. The original had the size of 89,5 x 68,5 cm and was produced with oil on canvas. The original artpiece has the following text as inscrption: signed lower left: J. Schuster. Moveover, this piece of art belongs to the digital art collection of Belvedere. We are delighted to mention that this public domain artwork is supplied with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 7802. : transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1987. In addition to this, the alignment is portrait with a ratio of 3 : 4, which means that the length is 25% shorter than the width. The painter Joseph Schuster was an artist, whose artistic style can be classified as Realism. The Realist artist was born in 1812 in Graetz near Troppau / Hradec nad Moravicí, Mährischschlesien and died at the age of 78 in 1890.
