The over 140 years old original measures the size - unframed: 24,1 x 31,8 cm (9 1/2 x 12 1/2 in) framed: 44,8 x 52,7 cm (17 5/8 x 20 3/4 in) and was painted with the technique of oil on canvas. Moreover, alignment is in landscape format and has an aspect ratio of 4 : 3, which means that the length is 33% longer than the width. Édouard Manet was a painter of French nationality, whose artistic style was mainly Realism. The Realist artist lived for 51 years - born in 1832 and deceased in 1883.
