The more than 140 year-old painting with the title Self-portrait was painted by the painter Carl Schuch. The original was made with the size: 56 x 46 cm - frame dimensions: 78 x 66,5 x 8 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the Austrian painter as the technique for the painting. "Signed upper right: C Schuch [CS ligated]" was the painting's original inscription. Nowadays, this work of art is included in the Belvedere's digital art collection, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way.
