What does the The Metropolitan Museum of Art write about the 19th century artwork from the painter Albert Bierstadt? (© - The Metropolitan Museum of Art - www.metmuseum.org)

At Nevada Falls in California’s Yosemite Valley, the Merced River plunges over a high ledge onto a jumble of boulders almost six hundred feet below, creating a torrent of white water and plumes of spray. Tourists were able to visit Nevada Falls by climbing a rocky trail that rose 1,840 feet in elevation from Vernal Falls, a mile and a half downstream. Bierstadt signals this possibility by portraying several sightseers, among them two women in hiking gear.

The real glass coating protects your selected art print against light and external influences for many years.
  • Poster (canvas material): Our poster is a printed cotton canvas paper with a fine texture on the surface. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster we add a white margin between 2 - 6cm round about the print in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • Aluminium print (aluminium dibond): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with a true depth effect. The Aluminium Dibond Print is the ideal start to fine art prints on aluminum. The white & bright parts of the original artpiece shine with a silky gloss but without the glare. The colors of the print are luminous, the fine details appear crisp, and you can really perceive a matte appearance of the surface.
  • The canvas print: The printed canvas, not to be mistaken with an artwork painted on a canvas, is a digital replica applied on a canvas. It creates the unique look of three-dimensionality. Also, a canvas print produces a nice and positive look. A canvas of this work of art will let you turn your new art print into a large artpiece like you know from galleries. Hanging your canvas print: A canvas print has the great advantage of being low in weight, which means that it is easy to hang up the Canvas print without the support of extra wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suited for all types of walls.
