From 1893 Brokman sails on the Italian coast. At the invitation of a friend, he went to southern Italy and stayed in Sorrento.

This over 100 year-old piece of art was made by the master Henry Brokman. The 100 year old version of the painting was made with the size: Height: 61,5 cm, Width: 90,5 cm and was painted with the technique of Oil painting. The original artwork's inscription is the following: Date and signature - Signed and dated lower left: "HENRY Brokman 1913 SORRENTO". Today, the artwork is part of the art collection of Petit Palais - Musée des Beaux-arts de la Ville de Paris, which is an art museum in the 8th arrondissement.
