English: Helmer Osslund is famous for his northern Swedish autumn landscapes. In 1910, he painted this view of the Ångermanälven river from Storberget in Nordingrå. It won a gold medal at the World’s Fair in San Francisco in 1915. Later, Osslund painted the same view again in a total of five versions, with various additions and different colours and features. Only the first version was painted on site – on eight sheets of greaseproof paper that he transferred to the canvas.

Materials our customers can choose
For every fine art print we offer different materials and sizes. That is why, we allow you to choose among the following options:
- The poster print (canvas material): A poster print is a UV printed canvas with a nice surface structure, that reminds the actual masterpiece. Please bear in mind, that depending on the size of the poster we add a white margin 2 - 6cm round about the print, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
- Canvas: A canvas print, which should not be confused with an artwork painted on a canvas, is an image printed from an industrial printing machine. A canvas of this artwork will give you the opportunity to transform your fine art print into a large size artpiece. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is easy to hang your Canvas print without the support of additional wall-mounts. Because of thata canvas print is suited for any type of wall.
- Printed acrylic glass: A glossy print on acrylic glass, often labelled as a an art print on plexiglass, will turn the original work of art into home décor. In addition, it offers a good alternative to aluminium and canvas fine art prints. The artwork is being made with modern UV printing technology. The plexiglass protects your selected art replica against light and external influences for several decades.
- Aluminium dibond print (metal): Aluminium Dibond prints are prints on metal with an outstanding effect of depth. The non-reflective surface make a modern impression. The bright parts of the original artpiece shine with a silk gloss but without any glow. The colors of the print are bright and luminous, fine details are clear and crisp, and the print has a a matte appearance you can literally feel.
