Januarius Zick, 1780 - Luna and Endymion - fine art print

Luna and Endymion was created by the baroque German artist Januarius Zick. The over 240 years old original had the following size: 44 x 34,5 cm and was crafted on the medium oil on canvas. The original artwork's inscription is - "signed on the stone under the foot Endymion: J. Zick f .; Designation on the stretcher (in ancient writing): 394. subject mythologique. J. Zick.". This piece of art can be viewed in in the art collection of Belvedere. The classic art work of art, which belongs to the public domain is being provided with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 2480. Creditline of the artwork: purchase from art dealer H. O. Miethke, Vienna in 1924. Furthermore, alignment of the digital reproduction is in landscape format and has a ratio of 4 : 3, meaning that the length is 33% longer than the width. The architect, poet, physicist, artist, painter Januarius Zick was an artist, whose artistic style can be attributed mainly to Baroque. The European artist was born in 1730 in Austria, Europe and died at the age of 67 in the year 1797.
