Available product materials

For every art print we offer different materials and sizes. Choose among the following product options now to match your preferences in size and material:

  • Poster (canvas material): The poster is a printed sheet of flat canvas paper with a slightly roughened surface texture. It is excellently suited for placing your art copy in a customized frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the poster we add a white margin of around 2 - 6cm round about the work of art in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • Aluminium dibond print: Aluminium Dibond prints are prints on metal with a true depth effect - for a modern impression and a non-reflective surface structure. The bright & white parts of the original artwork shimmer with a silky gloss, however without the glare. The colors are bright and vivid, the fine details of the print appear clear and crisp. This direct UV print on Aluminum Dibond is the most popular entry-level product and is a truly stylish way to showcase artworks, because it puts all of the viewer’s attention on the whole artwork.
  • Canvas: The UV printed canvas applied on a wood stretcher frame. It generates a unique effect of three-dimensionality. The canvas print creates a familiar, positive impression. A printed canvas of this artwork will provide you with the chance of transforming your new art print into a large collection piece as you would see in a real gallery. A canvas print has the advantage of being low in weight, which means that it is quite simple to hang the Canvas print without any wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suitable for all types of walls.
  • Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): The acrylic glass print, often referred to as a UV print on plexiglass, transforms the artwork into wall décor and makes a good alternative option to aluminium and canvas prints. The artwork is manufactured with state-of-the-art UV print machines. The effect of this are stunning, intense color tones. The major upside of a plexiglass art print is that contrasts and smaller details become identifiable thanks to the delicate tonal gradation.

Important note: We try the best we can in order to depict our products in as much detail as it is possible and to illustrate them visually. Nevertheless, the colors of the printing material, as well as the print result can diverge marginally from the image on your device's screen. Depending on the settings of your screen and the nature of the surface, not all colors are printed one hundret percent realistically. Considering that all the fine art prints are processed and printed by hand, there may also be slight discrepancies in the exact position and the size of the motif.

Set against the backdrop of a contemporary townscape, this theatrical portrayal of Christ’s Way to Calvary recalls an annual civic celebration in Bruges, the Procession of the Holy Blood, which included a reenactment of the episodes shown: Christ carrying the cross aided by Simon of Cyrene, Veronica receiving the icon of the Holy Face, and the Virgin and Saint John waiting for Christ. The procession was the responsibility of the Confraternity of the Holy Blood, whose members follow the armored horseman carrying the group's official standard. The painting reflects a lost work by Van Eyck, known from copies.
