In the product dropdown lists you can pick a material and a sizeaccording to your individual preferences. We allow you to pick your favorite size and material among the following product individualization options:
- Printed poster (canvas material): Our poster print is a printed canvas paper with a slightly roughened surface structure. A print poster is suited for framing your art copy using a custom frame. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster we add a white margin of around 2-6cm round about the work of art in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
- Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): A glossy acrylic glass print, often referred to as a UV print on plexiglass, changes your favorite original work of art into amazing wall decoration and forms a good alternative option to canvas or dibond art prints. Your artwork is being custom-made with modern UV direct printing machines. This has the impression of vivid, impressive colors. The acrylic glass protects your selected art print against light and heat for several decades.
- Aluminium dibond print: This is a metal print made on aluminium dibond with a true depth effect - for a modern impression and a non-reflective surface structure. A direct Aluminium Dibond Print is your best introduction to the sophisticated world of art prints with aluminum. For our Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print the selected artwork on the aluminium white-primed surface. The colors are luminous in the highest definition, details of the print are very clear, and there’s a matte look that you can literally feel.
- Canvas: The UV printed canvas material applied on a wooden stretcher frame. A canvas print of your favorite artpiece will give you the chance to transform your own fine art print into a large artwork as you would see in a true gallery. Hanging a canvas print: The great advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which means that it is easy and straightforward to hang up the Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. Therefore, canvas prints are suited for any kind of wall.
Legal disclaimer: We make every effort to depict our art products as accurate as possible and to demonstrate them visually on the product detail pages. Nevertheless, the tone of the print materials and the printing might differ marginally from the presentation on the monitor. Depending on the settings of your screen and the condition of the surface, not all colors are printed 100% realistically. Given that all art reproductions are printed and processed by hand, there might as well be minor variations in the motif's size and exact position.
What does the Art Institute Chicago say about this artwork from the painter Claude Monet? (© Copyright - Art Institute Chicago - Art Institute Chicago)
In the summer of 1867, Claude Monet stayed with his aunt at Sainte-Adresse, an affluent suburb of the port city of Le Havre, near his father’s home. The paintings he produced that summer, few of which survive, reveal the beginnings of the young artist’s development of the revolutionary style that would come to be known as Impressionism. In his quest to capture the effects of shifts in weather and light, Monet painted The Beach at Sainte-Adresse out-of-doors on an overcast day. He devoted the majority of the composition to the sea, sky, and beach. These he depicted with broad sheets of color, animated by short brushstrokes that articulate gentle azure waves, soft white clouds, and pebbled ivory sand. While fishermen go about their chores, a tiny couple relaxes at the water’s edge. Monet did not exhibit this work publicly for almost ten years after he completed it. In 1874 he banded together with a diverse group of like-minded, avant-garde artists to mount the first of what would be eight independent exhibitions. He included Sainte-Adresse in the second of these Impressionist shows, in 1876.
