Oil on canvas was applied by the painter as the medium of the work of art. The original artwork's inscription is the following: signed and dated on the stool in the presentation: C.P. The creditline of the artwork is: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1929. What is more, the alignment of the digital reproduction is landscape with a side ratio of 1.2 : 1, meaning that the length is 20% longer than the width. Carl Peter Goebel d. Ä. was a painter, whose art style can be classified as Classicism. The artist lived for 29 years, born in 1794 in Randersacker near Wuerzburg and passed away in 1823 in Vienna.
