This more than 230 years old work of art with the title Miranda and Ferdinand was created by the painter Angelika Kauffmann in 1782. The original has the following size: 35,5 x 45 cm - frame dimensions: 45 x 55 x 5 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the painter as the technique for the piece of art. "Signed lower left: Angelica Kauffman. / Roma" is the artpiece's original inscription. Nowadays, this artwork is included in the digital art collection of Belvedere. Besides this, the alignment is landscape and has an aspect ratio of 4 : 3, which means that the length is 33% longer than the width. The painter Angelika Kauffmann was an artist, whose artistic style can mainly be classified as Classicism. The Classicist artist was born in the year 1741 in Chur, Graubünden and deceased at the age of 66 in the year 1807.
