Materials you can choose from
For every art print we offer a range of different materials and sizes. You can choose your your favorite size and material among the following options:
- Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): The print on acrylic glass, often described as a UV print on plexiglass, will transform your favorite artwork into beautiful décor. In addition, the acrylic glass print offers a viable alternative option to canvas or aluminium dibond fine art replicas. The artwork is manufactured with modern UV printing technology. This makes vibrant, impressive color hues. With an acrylic glass art print sharp contrasts as well as granular details will be more identifiable because of the granular tonal gradation of the print.
- Aluminium print (aluminium dibond): This is a metal print manufactured on aluminium dibond material with an impressive depth effect. The non-reflective surface structure make a contemporary look.
- Canvas print: A UV printed canvas mounted on a wood stretcher frame. What is more, canvas creates a cosy and pleasing effect. Hanging your canvas print: Canvas Prints have the advantage of being low in weight, meaning that it is easy to hang up the Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. A canvas print is suited for any kind of wall.
- Printed poster (canvas material): The Artprinta poster print is a printed sheet of canvas with a granular surface finish. It is ideally suited for putting the art copy using a custom frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster we add a white margin between 2-6cm around the artwork, which facilitates the framing.
Important note: We try whatever we can in order to depict our art products as closely as it is possible and to illustrate them visually. However, the colors of the print products and the imprint may diverge marginally from the representation on the device's screen. Depending on the settings of your screen and the nature of the surface, colors may not be printed as exactly as the digital version depicted here. Given that our art prints are processed and printed by hand, there might also be slight differences in the motif's exact position and the size.

A woman, her thin hair tightly wrapped in a white scarf, looks out at the viewer with teary eyes and a toothless smile. The urban poor of Rome and the peasants of the neighboring countryside inspired Michael Sweerts during his stay in Italy in the mid-1600s. The practice of painting the lower classes was relatively new at the time, and pictures of the poor were often derisive caricatures. Sweerts, however, treated his subject with compassion, vividly capturing the woman's inner beauty while accurately recording her external appearance: the loose skin, thinning hair, and wart on the left side of her face.
Although the painting is highly finished, Sweerts's rich brushwork is evident in alternately blended and separated strokes of different shades, creating a strong sense of three-dimensional form. This brushwork is especially striking in the head scarf and the collar.
