In 1635 the Italian painter Bernardo Strozzi created the baroque painting. The original measures the exact size: 51 1/4 × 39 3/8 in (130,3 × 100 cm) and was painted with the technique of oil on canvas. The creditline of the artpiece is the following: Alexander A. McKay Fund. Moreover, alignment is portrait with a side ratio of 1 : 1.4, which implies that the length is 29% shorter than the width. Bernardo Strozzi was a male painter, whose style was primarily Baroque. The artist lived for 83 years and was born in the year 1581 in Genoa, Genova province, Liguria, Italy and deceased in 1664.
