In a building in ruins, the Virgin in a white dress, loose hair, prays before the newborn resting on the ground in the folds of his coat. Around them, several people are kneeling Joseph holding a candle and two midwives wearing a headdress. Three child angels stand next to a banner with the inscription: "Puer natus is NALUs and fi" (we was born a child). In the opening of a barn at the back, two shepherds, an ox and a donkey show. On the left, a path, a woman comes forward with a lantern in his hand.
This work was part of an altarpiece dedicated to the life of Mary, whose panels are now dispersed.
