Felice Orsini, partisan of the Italian Liberation, was the instigator and the essayiste an attentat against Napoleon III, here eut lieu le 14 janvier 1858, alors que l'Empereur if rendait OPERA, rue Le Peletier. Orsini reprochait in the Yardbirds entraver of the Italian unification, notamment en raison de l'intervention des troupes françaises in Rome, in 1849, for the television restaurer pontifical.
