Triptych: Weighing, consultation, distribution of milk

Collaborator of Louis Pasteur, Dr. Gaston Variot pioneer of childcare, is shown on the center panel at the time of consultation. He founded in 1892 the clinic Belleville to protect early childhood while ensuring the education of mothers.
