What kind of print materials can I select?
For every art print we offer a range of different materials and sizes. The following options are available for individualization:
- Printed poster on canvas material: Our poster is a printed canvas paper with a slightly rough finish on the surface. The printed poster is optimally appropriate for placing your art replica with the help of a personal frame. Please note, that depending on the absolute size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6 cm around the print motif, which facilitates the framing with a custom frame.
- Metal (aluminium dibond print): Aluminium Dibond prints are prints on metal with an outstanding depth. For your Direct Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print your chosen artwork onto the aluminium composite surface. The bright and white parts of the artpiece shine with a silk gloss, however without glow. The colors of the print are luminous and bright, the details are clear and crisp, and you can notice a matte appearance of the fine art print. The direct print on Aluminum Dibond is one of the most demanded entry-level products and is an extremely contemporary way to showcase art, because it puts the viewer’s attention on the artwork.
- Canvas: The canvas direct print is a printed canvas mounted on a wooden frame. Hanging your canvas print: The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, meaning that it is quite simple to hang up the Canvas print without the use of any wall-mounts. That is why, canvas prints are suitable for all types of walls.
- Printed acrylic glass with a glossy effect (with real glass coating on top): A glossy print on acrylic glass, which is often named as a print on plexiglass, makes your favorite artwork into amazing wall decoration. In addition to that, the acrylic fine art print forms a good alternative option to canvas or dibond fine art prints. With an acrylic glass fine art print contrasts and also granular color details become more identifiable because of the subtle tonal gradation. The plexiglass protects your chosen art replica against sunlight and external influences for between four and six decades.
Disclaimer: We try to describe the art products in as much detail as we can and to demonstrate them visually on the different product detail pages. Nevertheless, the pigments of the printed materials, as well as the imprint can differ slightly from the presentation on your device's monitor. Depending on the screen settings and the nature of the surface, colors might not be printed as realisitcally as the digital version. Bearing in mind that all our art prints are printed and processed by hand, there might also be slight deviations in the motif's size and exact position.
