Select your material

For every art print we offer different sizes and materials. The following options are available for individualization:

  • Poster (canvas material): Our poster is a UV printed cotton canvas with a nice surface structure. Please note, that depending on the size of the poster we add a white margin of around 2-6cm round about the painting, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
  • Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating on top): The print on acrylic glass, often denoted as a plexiglass print, will transform the original work of art into brilliant décor. Further, it forms a distinct alternative option to canvas and dibond fine art prints. The artwork will be made with the help of state-of-the-art UV direct print machines. Our acrylic glass protects your selected art print against light and external influences for up to 6 decades.
  • The canvas print: The UV printed canvas material applied on a wooden stretcher frame. A canvas print has the advantage of being relatively low in weight. That means, it is easy and straightforward to hang the Canvas print without the support of additional wall-mounts. A canvas print is suited for any kind of wall in your home.
  • Aluminium dibond (metal print): These are metal prints on aluminium dibond with a true effect of depth.

Legal disclaimer: We make every effort in order to depict the products as closely as possible and to exhibit them visually on the various product detail pages. Nevertheless, the tone of the printing material and the imprint may differ to a certain extent from the image on your screen. Depending on your settings of your screen and the condition of the surface, not all color pigments are printed one hundret percent realistically. Considering that our are processed and printed by hand, there might also be slight discrepancies in the motif's size and exact position.

The small town garnet Ella lies at the foot of Vesuvius between Portici and Herculaneum. The building left rear is the Royal Palace (built in 1738), the summer residence of the kings of Naples and both Sicily. Although the view gives the impression of a cool and sober presented documentation, it is not a Vedute in the traditional sense, because Rebel integrated the fishermen at the port in their daily activities. This painting was created together with the Inv Nos. 2123, 2369 and 4429 by order of Emperor Franz I. The monarch the artist had met in the spring of 1819 during a stay in Rome and sent him for this work to Naples. then rebel lived in southern Italy for several years. Soon after the arrival of the pictures in Vienna, the call for a return to his hometown came to the artist. Francis I appointed him director of the Imperial Collection and head of the class of landscape painting at the Academy. The four views of the Naples area are among the most important works of Josef rebel and are at the beginning of the realistic landscape art in Austrian painting. [Sabine Grabner 8/2009]
