"The painter Josef Kriehuber" is a masterpiece made by Friedrich von Amerling in 1853. The original measures the size: 61 x 47,5 cm - frame dimensions: 78 x 65 x 10 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the painter as the technique for the masterpiece. It belongs to the digital art collection of Belvedere in Vienna, Austria. With courtesy of - © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 2679 (public domain license). The creditline of the artpiece is: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1927. The alignment is portrait with an aspect ratio of 3 : 4, which means that the length is 25% shorter than the width. The painter Friedrich von Amerling was an artist from Austria, whose style can be attributed primarily to Biedermeier. The Biedermeier painter lived for a total of 84 years - born in the year 1803 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria and passed away in the year 1887 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria.
