Available product materials
For every art print we offer different materials and sizes. We allow yout to choose among the following variants:
- Canvas print: A canvas direct print is a printed canvas mounted on a wood frame. A canvas print has the advantage of being low in weight, which means that it is easy to hang up the Canvas print without the use of additional wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suitable for any type of wall.
- Acrylic glass print: The print on acrylic glass, often labelled as a plexiglass print, will transform your favorite original artwork into marvellous wall décor. Above all, it offers a good alternative to aluminium and canvas fine art replicas. The artwork is printed with state-of-the-art UV printing technology. The effect of this are deep and rich colors. The acrylic glass protects your selected art print against light and heat for several decades.
- Printed poster (canvas material): Our poster print is a printed sheet of cotton canvas with a fine surface structure. It is qualified for putting the art copy using a custom-made frame. Please note, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin between 2-6cm round about the print in order to facilitate the framing.
- Aluminium dibond print (metal): An Aluminium Dibond print is a material with a true effect of depth. A direct Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is your best introduction to prints manufactured with alu. For your Direct Aluminium Dibond option, we print the favorite artpiece right on the surface of the white-primed aluminum composite.
Important note: We try everything to describe the art products as precisely as possible and to showcase them visually. Please bear in mind that the colors of the print materials, as well as the printing can differ slightly from the image on the monitor. Depending on your settings of your screen and the quality of the surface, not all color pigments are printed as realistically as the digital version depicted here. Given that our fine art prints are printed and processed by hand, there might as well be slight discrepancies in the motif's size and exact position.
Original information about the artwork from the museum (© - by The Metropolitan Museum of Art - The Metropolitan Museum of Art)
Koninck's panoramic pictures represent the culmination of an approach to landscape that is found in Dutch drawings as early as about 1600, and in the imaginary panoramic landscapes of Rembrandt and Hercules Seghers. Rembrandt's influence is especially evident in this early work of about 1648, although the topography recalls Koninck's native Gelderland in the eastern part of the Netherlands.
