• Metal (aluminium dibond print): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with a true depth - for a modern look and a non-reflective surface. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6cm around the print in order to facilitate the framing.

Detailed art product description

The masterpiece was painted by the painter Hans von Marées. The version of the artpiece had the following size: 29,5 x 34,5 cm - frame dimensions: 47 x 54 x 6 cm and was painted with the technique of oil on canvas. Furthermore, this artpiece forms part of the collection of Belvedere. We are pleased to reference that the masterpiece, which is in the public domain is being provided with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 606. Creditline of the artwork: purchase from Robert Beyschlag about Styrian Art Association in 1904. Further, the alignment is landscape with a ratio of 1.2 : 1, meaning that the length is 20% longer than the width. The painter Hans von Marées was an artist, whose art style can be attributed mainly to Realism. The Realist painter was born in 1837 in Elberfeld, Wuppertal and passed away at the age of 50 in 1887 in Rome.
