The 17th century artwork with the title Wooded Landscape with Cattle was made by the baroque artist Adriaen van de Velde. The artpiece measures the size: height: 29 cm width: 35,5 cm | height: 11,4 in width: 14 in. Oil on panel was used by the artist as the technique for the piece of art. The original masterpiece has the following inscription: "signed and dated: A. V. Velde / 1663". It is included in the Mauritshuis's digital collection, which the Mauritshuis is home to the best artworks of Dutch painting of the seventeenth century. Adriaen van de Velde was a painter, printmaker, whose art style can primarily be classified as Baroque. The European painter was born in 1636 in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands and died at the age of 36 in 1672 in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
