Description

St. Augustine with boy by the sea is a painting created by the artist Karl Schönbrunner in 1865. The artpiece was made with the size 64 x 95 cm - frame dimensions: 94 x 125 x 10 cm and was painted with the medium oil on canvas. Today, the artwork forms part of the digital art collection of Belvedere. The modern art artpiece, which belongs to the public domain is being provided with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 9813. : purchase from private property, Vienna in 2008. Furthermore, alignment is in landscape format and has a ratio of 3 : 2, meaning that the length is 50% longer than the width. The painter Karl Schönbrunner was an artist, whose style can mainly be assigned to Historicism. The Historicist artist lived for a total of 45 years - born in the year 1832 in Vienna and passed away in 1877 in Hirschstetten, Lower Austria.
