Bröstbild. Huvud svagt f.v., kropp vänsterprofil. Gråblå ögon. Gråvitt hår i lockig frisyr med blåklintsblommor fästa ovanför pannans vänstra del. Blå cape med brunt pälsbräm vid halslinningen, framtill samt vid trekvartsärmarnas linning. Capen sammanknuten med stor blå bandrosett framtill vid halsen. Håller ett blad med noter i höger hand. Bakgrunden enfärgad blågrå. Ram förgyllt trä, profilerad och med ornament. Hörnornament med växtslingor med blommor samt mussla. De två övre musselornamenten saknas.
