In the 8th and 05/09/1876, held at the Hotel Drouot in Paris auction Liebermann "a young girl at the piano" was offered by Makart (Anonymous, from the art market, 23.06.1876). This over 140 year old painting Dame am Spinett was painted by the male Austrian painter Hans Makart in 1871. The original was made with the dimensions: 83 x 35,7 cm - frame: 101 × 54,5 × 6,5 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the European artist as the medium of the piece of art. Monogram and dated lower right: HM / 871 [ligated] is the masterpiece's inscription. Nowadays, this piece of art forms part of the Belvedere's art collection, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. Furthermore, alignment of the digital reproduction is in portrait format with a ratio of 2 : 5, meaning that the length is 60% shorter than the width. Hans Makart was a male painter from Austria, whose artistic style can primarily be classified as Historicism. The painter lived for 44 years - born in 1840 in Salzburg, Salzburg, Austria and deceased in the year 1884.
