Choose your desired fine art print material
In the dropdown selection right next to the product offering you can select the material and sizeaccording to your personal preferences. We allow you to pick your favorite size and material among the following product individualization options:
- Canvas: A canvas print, not to be mistaken with an artwork painted on a canvas, is a digital replica printed from a UV direct printing machine. It has a unique impression of three-dimensionality. Hanging your canvas print: The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight. That means, it is easy to hang up your Canvas print without additional wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suitable for all kinds of walls.
- Aluminium dibond (metal print): Aluminium Dibond prints are prints on metal with an outstanding effect of depth.
- Print on acrylic glass: An acrylic glass print, which is sometimes labelled as a plexiglass print, will turn your selected original artwork into amazing wall decoration. Our acrylic glass protects your selected art replica against light and external influences for many decades.
- Printed poster (canvas material): A poster is a UV printed flat canvas paper with a nice texture on the surface, that reminds the original work of art. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin of around 2-6cm round about the artwork to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.
Disclaimer: We try everything in order to depict our art products in as much detail as possible and to illustrate them visually on the different product detail pages. Please keep in mind that the tone of the print materials, as well as the imprint may diverge to a certain extent from the representation on your screen. Depending on your settings of your screen and the nature of the surface, color pigments can unfortunately not be printed as exactly as the digital version depicted here. Because all art reproductions are printed and processed by hand, there may also be minor discrepancies in the motif's size and exact position.

In 1613, the Dutch parliament (States General) commissioned Otto van Veen to paint twelve paintings depicting the revolt of the Batavians against the Romans in AD 69 and 70. These were displayed in Binnenhof, the central government building in The Hague. In the early years of the Dutch Republic, many compared their own revolt against Spain to the Batavian uprising.
