About the over 410 year-old work of art
The 17th century artpiece "Still Life with Fruit and a Bird" was made by the baroque master Blas de Ledesma. The more than 410 year old original has the following size: unframed: 50,8 x 75,57 cm (20 x 29 3/4 in) framed: 66,68 x 93,35 cm (26 1/4 x 36 3/4 in). Oil on canvas was used by the European artist as the technique for the work of art. Moveover, the piece of art belongs to the collection of Yale University Art Gallery located in New Haven, Connecticut, United States of America. What is more, the alignment is in landscape format with an image ratio of 3 : 2, which means that the length is 50% longer than the width. Blas de Ledesma was a painter, whose artistic style can be attributed mainly to Baroque. The Spanish artist was born in 1560 and deceased at the age of 84 in the year 1644.
