The over 130 year-old artpiece The poet Eduard von Bauernfeld was created by Vilma Parlaghi-Brachfeld in 1888. The beyond 130 year old original had the following size: 121 x 100 cm - frame: 140,5 × 122 × 6,5 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the painter as the technique for the artpiece. The artpiece has the following inscription: "signed and dated on the left side: V. Parlaghy / 1888". What is more, this work of art forms part of the Belvedere's digital art collection, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. The alignment is in portrait format and has a side ratio of 1 : 1.2, meaning that the length is 20% shorter than the width. The painter Vilma Parlaghi-Brachfeld was an artist, whose art style can be classified as Historicism. The painter lived for 61 years - born in 1863 in Hajdúdorog, Hungary and died in 1924.
