Luis de Morales was celebrated for his devotional images. Their exquisite facture and morbid sensibility made them perfect vehicles for meditation and earned him the epithet "El Divino." He was the favorite painter of the religious reformer and saint Juan de Ribera (1532–1611). As one prominent scholar has noted: "No Spanish painter was ever to surpass Morales in expressing the passionate, personal faith of the mystical writers." This extremely fine picture was owned by Pope Pius VII and upon his death in 1823 passed to his family, who retained it until 2014.

The material options
In the product dropdown menu you can select a material and a sizeaccording to your individual preferences. Pick your preferred material and size between the following options:
- The canvas print: The printed canvas, not to be mistaken with an artwork painted on a canvas, is a digital replica printed from a UV direct printing machine. Further, a canvas print produces a cosy and warm atmosphere. The great advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight. This means, it is easy to hang your Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. Because of thatcanvas prints are suitable for all kinds of walls.
- Aluminium dibond print: An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with an impressive effect of depth, which creates a contemporary look by having a non-reflective surface structure. A direct Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is your excellent start to fine art prints with aluminum. The white and bright parts of the artwork shine with a silky gloss but without any glare. The colors of the print are luminous, fine details of the print are crisp and clear. This UV print on Aluminum Dibond is one of the most demanded entry-level products and is an extremely modern way to display fine art reproductions, as it puts 100% of the viewer’s focus on the image.
- Poster print (canvas material): The Artprinta poster print is a UV printed sheet of canvas with a nice surface structure. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin between 2-6cm round about the artwork, which facilitates the framing with a custom frame.
- The acrylic glass print: A glossy acrylic glass print, which is often described as a print on plexiglass, will transform your original work of art into gorgeous wall décor. Further, it is a viable alternative to canvas or aluminium dibond fine art replicas. Your favorite work of art will be custom-made thanks to state-of-the-art UV printing machines. This creates vivid, deep colors. The great upside of a plexiglass fine art print is that contrasts and small painting details will be more visible due to the very fine tonal gradation in the picture.
