The original has the size: height: 39,5 cm width: 32 cm | height: 15,6 in width: 12,6 in and was manufactured with the technique of oil on panel. The original artwork has the following text as inscrption: dated: 1617. The artwork is in the the digital art collection of Mauritshuis, which the Mauritshuis is home to the best artworks of Dutch painting of the seventeenth century. This public domain work of art is being included with courtesy of Mauritshuis, The Hague. : Gift of Van Eersel, Antwerp, to King William I, 1817; transferred by King William I, 1817. Further, the alignment is portrait with a ratio of 3 : 4, meaning that the length is 25% shorter than the width.
