The more than 150 year-old work of art called The meeting at Ebelsberg 1806 was painted by the Austrian painter Karl von Blaas. Karl von Blaas was a male mosaicist, painter, autobiographer from Austria, whose art style can be attributed primarily to Historicism. The Historicist painter was born in 1815 in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria and died at the age of 79 in 1894.
