Denis here employed a minimal strip of ground to emphasize the awesome height and scope of a cloud formation. While higher and more distant portions of these clouds are depicted in full sunlight, breaks within them are edged in the pink of early evening. To record these fleeting effects, Denis painted quickly and without making a preliminary drawing. The study was painted in or near Rome.

In the product dropdown menu you can pick your prefered size and material. Pick your favorite size and material among the following options:

  • Poster on canvas material: A poster is a UV printed cotton canvas with a fine surface texture. The poster is perfectly suited for putting your fine art print with the help of a custom-made frame. Please note, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin of something between 2-6cm round about the print motif in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • Aluminium dibond print (metal): These are metal prints on aluminium dibond material with an outstanding depth effect. The print on Aluminum Dibond is the most popular entry-level product and is a truly contemporary way to display fine art prints, since it puts the viewer’s attention on the replica of the artwork.
  • Canvas print: A canvas direct print is a printed cotton canvas mounted on a wood stretcher. Further, a canvas produces a attractive, appealing atmosphere. Canvas Prints have the advantage of being relatively low in weight, which implies that it is quite simple to hang your Canvas print without the help of any wall-mounts. Hence, a canvas print is suitable for any type of wall.
  • Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): The acrylic glass print, which is sometimes denoted as a fine art print on plexiglass, will turn your favorite original into great décor and forms a viable alternative option to canvas and dibond art prints.
