Please note, that depending on the size of the poster we add a white margin between 2-6cm around the work of art, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
  • Aluminium print (aluminium dibond): Aluminium Dibond prints are prints on metal with an impressive depth effect - for a modern look and a non-reflective surface. The colors are luminous and bright, the details of the print appear clear and crisp, and there’s a matte look that you can literally feel. This UV print on Aluminum Dibond is one of the most popular entry-level products and is a modern way to showcase art, as it draws focus on the whole artwork.
  • Canvas: A printed canvas applied on a wooden frame. It has a particular effect of three-dimensionality. Hanging your canvas print: Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is easy and straightforward to hang the Canvas print without the help of any wall-mounts. Hence, canvas prints are suitable for all kinds of walls.
  • Glossy acrylic glass print: A glossy print on acrylic glass, which is sometimes referred to as a plexiglass print, transforms your favorite original into beautiful décor. Your own version of the artwork is being manufactured with the help of state-of-the-art UV printing technology. This creates the impression of impressive and rich colors. With an acrylic glass art print contrasts and small image details become more exposed because of the precise gradation of the picture. Our plexiglass with real glass coating protects your custom art print against light and heat for many years.

What specifically does the Belvedere write about this 19th century artwork from the painter Emil Jakob Schindler? (© Copyright - by Belvedere - Belvedere)

The painting "Feb. mood" was established in connection with the projected, but never completed series of paintings "The months". If only the format - a narrow vertical - is unusual for a landscape view, but even more unusual is the motive: It is a muddy forest track during the thaw. Accordingly, "mushy" are also the colors. A predominance of grays and browns, penetrated by the dirty white of the snow residues "colourlessness" underscores the image. Nevertheless, it is by no means an image that unease in the viewer triggers: on the contrary! Only known in our part of this thaw after a long winter, which sometimes drags on for weeks and precisely evokes these colors in nature, the first of which announce that soon green and colorful spring will find their way. So obviously the colors of the actual mood carrier and not the light (as usual with the French Impressionists). In the "February mood" Schindler's the light shines so diffuse out of the cloudy sky that including everything is unified. [Dietrun Otten, 2004]
