However much it might seem as if Emanuel de Witte attended this church service, the painter did not depict reality. In fact, he composed this church interior from parts of various existing churches. The nave, for instance, is based on that of the Oude Kerk in Amsterdam. The emphasis is on perspective and the effects of light and shadow. Thus he was able to create a convincing image.

The product material choices

For every art print we offer a range of different materials & sizes. Therefore, we allow you to choose among the following options:

  • Poster print (canvas material): The Artprinta poster is a printed flat canvas paper with a slight surface texture, that reminds the actual artwork. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin 2-6cm around the painting in order to facilitate the framing.
  • The glossy acrylic glass print: An print on acrylic glass, often referred to as a print on plexiglass, changes your favorite original work of art into décor. In addition to that, it is a distinct alternative to aluminium or canvas fine art prints. The work of art is made with modern UV direct printing technology. It makes intense and impressive colors. With an acrylic glass art print contrasts and smaller color details will be more recognizeable because of the fine tonal gradation of the picture. The plexiglass protects your chosen art replica against sunlight and heat for many more years.
  • Aluminium dibond (metal print): Aluminium Dibond prints are prints on metal with an impressive depth effect. The non-reflective surface structure make a fashionable impression. A direct Aluminium Dibond Print is the ideal introduction to fine reproductions with aluminum. For the Direct Aluminium Dibond print, we print your selected artwork right onto the surface of the aluminum composite. The direct UV print on aluminium is the most popular entry-level product and is a stylish way to showcase fine art prints, because it draws focus on the image.
  • The canvas print: The printed canvas, not to be confused with an artwork painted on a canvas, is an image applied onto cotton canvas material. A canvas produces the exclusive effect of three dimensionality. How do I hang a canvas print on the wall? The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which means that it is easy and straightforward to hang your Canvas print without any wall-mounts. A canvas print is suited for all kinds of walls.
