Creditline of the artwork: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1929. Eduard Ritter von Engerth was a painter, whose artistic style can primarily be assigned to Romanticism. The painter lived for 79 years, born in the year 1818 in Pless / Pszczyna, Silesia, Poland and deceased in 1897 in Semmering, Lower Austria.
