Genius of America is a piece of art painted by Adolphe Yvon. The version of the artwork was made with the following size: 35 3/4 x 59 in (90,8 x 149,9 cm) framed: 50 3/4 x 74 in (128,9 x 188 cm) and was painted with the techinque of oil on canvas. It belongs to the digital collection of Saint Louis Art Museum. We are delighted to reference that the public domain piece of art is supplied with courtesy of Saint Louis Art Museum, Missouri, Gift of Mrs. E. P. Hilts in memory of Mr. and Mrs. M. Rumsey. The creditline of the artpiece is the following: Gift of Mrs. E. P. Hilts in memory of Mr. and Mrs. M. Rumsey. What is more, the alignment is landscape with a ratio of 3 : 2, which implies that the length is 50% longer than the width. The painter, portraitist, professeur des universités Adolphe Yvon was an artist, whose art style can primarily be classified as Realism. The painter was born in the year 1817 and passed away at the age of 76 in 1893 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France.
