Sisley spent the summer of 1894 in Le Mesnil-Esnard at the estate of his friend and patron, François Depeaux, a wealthy Norman industrialist. While there Sisley painted seven views of the Coteaux de la Bouille and the Sahurs meadows adjacent to Rouen. Depeaux bought five of the pictures, including the present work.

• Aluminium print (aluminium dibond): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with a true depth. For our Aluminium Dibond option, we print the chosen artpiece right onto the surface of the aluminum material.

The over 120 year-old work of art was created by Alfred Sisley in 1894. The 120 year-old artpiece has the size: 28 3/4 x 36 1/4 in (73 x 92,1 cm) and was painted with the techinque oil on canvas. On top of that, alignment of the digital reproduction is landscape with an image ratio of 1.2 : 1, which means that the length is 20% longer than the width. The painter, etcher, lithographer Alfred Sisley was a European artist, whose artistic style can primarily be classified as Impressionism. The Impressionist artist was born in the year 1839 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France and deceased at the age of 60 in 1899 in Moret-sur-Loing, Ile-de-France, France.
