The more than 250 year-old piece of art was made by the baroque artist August Friedrich Oelenhainz. The original measures the exact size: 97 x 77 cm - frame: 122 x 105 x 6 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the painter as the medium of the artwork. It is inscribed with the details: designation bottom left of the book: Augustus Fridericus / Oelenhainz pinxit / Wiennae ano 1770. This work of art forms part of the Belvedere's art collection, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. We are pleased to mention that this masterpiece, which belongs to the public domain is being supplied with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 5727. : purchase from Gertrude Humbourg, Vienna in 1965. The alignment of the digital reproduction is portrait with a side ratio of 1 : 1.2, meaning that the length is 20% shorter than the width. The painter August Friedrich Oelenhainz was an artist, whose artistic style can mainly be attributed to Baroque. The Baroque artist lived for a total of 59 years and was born in 1745 in Endingen am Kaiserstuhl, Baden-Württemberg and passed away in 1804.
