In 1874 the male artist Claude Monet created the 19th century artwork called The Promenade with the Railroad Bridge, Argenteuil. The original was made with the size: 21 1/8 x 28 3/8 in (53,7 x 72,1 cm) framed: 30 1/2 x 37 7/8 x 4 5/16 in (77,5 x 96,2 x 11 cm). Oil on canvas was used by the European artist as the technique for the work of art. Today, the artpiece can be viewed in in the art collection of Saint Louis Art Museum in St. Louis, Missouri, United States of America. Besides, the alignment is landscape and has a side ratio of 4 : 3, meaning that the length is 33% longer than the width. Claude Monet was a painter, whose artistic style can be attributed mainly to Impressionism. The European painter was born in 1840 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France and died at the age of 86 in 1926.
