J .; bottom right: X.25 is the artwork's original inscription. Nowadays, the piece of art belongs to the digital art collection of Städtische Galerie im Lenbachhaus und Kunstbau München, which is a museum with the world'd largest collection of works by the Blue Rider artists, art of the 19th century and modern art after 1945. Alexej von Jawlensky was a painter of Russian nationality, whose style can be classified as Expressionism. The Russian painter was born in 1864 in Torzhok, Russia and died at the age of 77 in 1941.
