In 1515 the painter Gerard David created this artwork named "Wooded Landscape". The original was made with the size: height: 89,9 cm width: 30,7 cm | height: 35,4 in width: 12,1 in. Oil on panel was used by the European painter as the technique for the artwork. Nowadays, this piece of art forms part of the Mauritshuis's collection, which the Mauritshuis is home to the best artworks of Dutch painting of the seventeenth century. Gerard David was a male artist, illuminator, painter, drawer, miniaturist from the Netherlands, whose style can primarily be classified as Northern Renaissance. The Dutch artist lived for a total of 63 years - born in the year 1460 in Oudewater, Utrecht province, Netherlands and died in the year 1523 in Bruges, West-Vlaanderen, Flanders, Belgium.
