The artwork is included in the art collection of Belvedere, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. The painter Hermann Josef Neefe was an artist, whose style can mainly be attributed to Realism. The painter was born in the year 1790 in Bonn, Nordrhein-Westfalen and deceased at the age of 64 in 1854.
