Scene at Delft was made by Johan Barthold Jongkind. The 150 year old artpiece measures the dimensions of 33,7 x 46,7 x 1,9 cm (13 1/4 x 18 3/8 x 3/4 in) framed: 46,5 x 59,8 x 7 cm (18 5/16 x 23 9/16 x 2 3/4 in) and was produced with the techinque of oil on canvas. Nowadays, the work of art can be viewed in in the digital art collection of Yale University Art Gallery, which belongs to Yale University and is the oldest art museum of a university in the western hemisphere. Besides, the alignment of the digital reproduction is in landscape format and has an aspect ratio of 1.4 : 1, which means that the length is 40% longer than the width. Johan Barthold Jongkind was a male painter from the Netherlands, whose style can be attributed mainly to Impressionism. The Dutch artist lived for a total of 72 years - born in the year 1819 and died in the year 1891 in La Cote-Saint-Andre, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France.
