Leveling of the Butte des Moulins.

The Avenue de l'Opera through the location of the Butte des Moulins. This eminence, who had long been overcome mills, occupied a quadrilateral including approximately between present Rue Saint-Anne, Thérèse des Petits Champs and Moulins.
