Which is your favorite fine art print material?

The product dropdown menu gives you the possibility to select the material and sizeaccording to your individual preferences. You can choose among the following product customization options:

  • Canvas: A canvas print is a printed canvas mounted on a wood stretcher. It generates the extra effect of three-dimensionality. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is quite simple to hang the Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. Hence, canvas prints are suitable for any kind of wall.
  • Poster (canvas material): Our poster is a UV printed canvas paper with a fine surface finish, which reminds the actual artwork. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin 2-6 cm around the print, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
  • Aluminium dibond print (metal): This is a metal print manufactured on aluminium dibond material with an impressive effect of depth, which makes a contemporary impression with a non-reflective surface. For your Aluminium Dibond print, we print the artwork right on the surface of the aluminum. The bright and white parts of the original artwork shimmer with a silk gloss but without any glare. This direct UV print on aluminium is the most popular entry-level product and is an extremely modern way to showcase fine art reproductions, as it draws focus on the image.
  • The glossy acrylic glass print: An acrylic glass print, often referred to as a UV print on plexiglass, will transform your original work of art into lovely décor. Besides, the acrylic fine art print is a great alternative to canvas and aluminidum dibond prints. With an acrylic glass fine art print sharp contrasts and also smaller details become recognizeable with the help of the very fine tonal gradation in the print.

Disclaimer: We make every effort in order to depict our art products as clearly as possible and to demonstrate them visually. Nonetheless, some colors of the printing material and the print result might diverge slightly from the image on your device's screen. Depending on your settings of your screen and the condition of the surface, colors may not be printed as exactly as the digital version. Bearing in mind that all fine art prints are processed and printed manually, there may as well be minor differences in the size and exact position of the motif.

Prud'hon—one of the principal representatives of Neoclassicism—was working on this picture in 1814 and planned to sell it to the former Empress of France, Marie-Louise. The subject is from the great seventeenth-century French tragedian Racine. Andromache, shown with her attendant Cephise and her child's nurse, has rejected Pyrrhus, whose father, Achilles, had killed her husband Hector. She embraces her son, in whom she sees Hector's features. Pyrrhus is accompanied by his tutor, Phoenix.Left incomplete, the picture was finished after Prud'hon's death by a little known friend and pupil, Charles Pompée Le Boulanger de Boisfrémont (1773–1838).
