Pick a art print material option

We offer a range of different materials and sizes for every product. Choose among the following product options now to match your preferences in size and material:

  • Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating on top): An acrylic glass print, often referenced as a print on plexiglass, changes your selected original into amazing wall decoration. Beyond that, it offers a good alternative option to dibond or canvas fine art prints.
  • Poster print (canvas material): The Artprinta poster print is a printed sheet of canvas with a slight structure on the surface. Please note, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of around 2-6 cm round about the print motif in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • Canvas print: A canvas direct print is a printed cotton canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, meaning that it is easy to hang up the Canvas print without the use of any wall-mounts. Because of thatcanvas prints are suited for all types of walls.
  • Metal (aluminium dibond print): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with an impressive effect of depth. For your Aluminium Dibond option, we print the favorite artpiece right onto the surface of the white-primed aluminum material. Colors are bright and vivid, the details of the print appear very clear, and you can feel the matte appearance of the fine art print. This direct print on aluminium is the most popular entry-level product and is a truly sophisticated way to showcase art prints, since it draws attention on the whole artwork.

Legal note: We try all that we can to describe the products as accurate as possible and to illustrate them visually in our shop. Although, the colors of the print materials and the printing might vary somehwat from the image on the device's screen. Depending on the settings of your screen and the nature of the surface, colors can unfortunately not be printed as exactly as the digital version. In view of the fact that the fine art prints are processed and printed manually, there might also be slight variations in the motif's exact position and the size.

General description as provided from Belvedere (© - Belvedere - Belvedere)

The Tyrolean Joseph Anton Koch spent most of his life in Rome. When Napoleon took possession of the city, he left his adopted home in 1812 and went to Vienna. Koch's religious view of landscape reflected in the fact that the divine creation should be apparent in every element of nature. In this sense, his time in Vienna was at the end of the view from the "Berner Oberland" showing the Oberhaslital with the weather horn tip and the Reichenbach Falls near Meiringen. As a template, Koch made use of the numerous watercolor studies, which he made as a young artist in Switzerland. His personal view of nature is expressed in a color that worked against the simultaneous landscape painting. He also wanted the excessive snow-capped mountains "a complete idea of giving the Alpine nature," as he himself said. [Sabine Grabner 8/2009]
