The more than 330 year old masterpiece was painted by Gerrit Adriaensz Berckheyde. The original was made with the size: height: 58 cm width: 68,5 cm | height: 22,8 in width: 27 in. Oil on canvas was used by the Dutch painter as the medium of the artpiece. The original artpiece has the following inscription: signed: gerret: Berck Heijde.. Moveover, this artpiece is in the the digital art collection of Mauritshuis in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands. This classic art masterpiece, which is in the public domain is being supplied with courtesy of Mauritshuis, The Hague. Moreover, the artwork has the creditline: John Hope and heirs, Amsterdam, London and Deepdeene, 1783-1917; Jonkheer W.A. van den Bosch, Doorn and Vught, 1925-1956 (on long-term loan to the Mauritshuis since 1928); bequest of W.A. van den Bosch, 1956. On top of that, alignment of the digital reproduction is in landscape format with a side ratio of 1.2 : 1, which means that the length is 20% longer than the width.
