Mariano Fortuny y Marsal, 1876 - Cavalier - fine art print

The 19th century piece of art Cavalier was made by the Spanish artist Mariano Fortuny y Marsal in 1876. The 140 year-old version of the piece of art has the size: 13,7 x 10,2 cm (5 3/8 x 4 in) and was crafted on the medium oil on wood. Today, the work of art can be viewed in in the Art Institute Chicago's digital art collection. This artwork, which belongs to the public domain is included with courtesy of Art Institute Chicago. The creditline of the artpiece is the following: Henry Field Memorial Collection. In addition to that, the alignment is portrait with a ratio of 3 : 4, which means that the length is 25% shorter than the width. Mariano Fortuny y Marsal was a painter of Spanish nationality, whose style was mainly Impressionism. The Impressionist artist lived for a total of 36 years, born in the year 1838 and passed away in 1874.
